Popup Fixes for GPL Tracks

These files cure the road and objects pop-up, not the texture pop-up. For installation copy the files contained in the zip into the corresponding track folder. Some of the zips also contain fps optimized mips and srbs. If you have already installed third party track updates, do not overwrite mips and srbs!
